It's storming really hard outside and I have a Saturday with no appointments and no to-do list. My plan? Start some laundry, then turn on a movie and catch up on my blog posts. I missed all the holidays so I plan to at least get that done.
The sound of the rain falling makes me feel at home. Growing up in the Northwest will do that to you.

We were married in May of 2010.
2011 brought us to Arkansas where Evan dove headfirst into graduate studies while I continued to hunt for a job and learned how to be domestic.
2012 helped us learn to adapt and thrive, as we gained our footing and planted roots in Arkansas.
2013 taught us the importance of patience and perseverance as we learned how often Heavenly Father pushes us to unlikely circumstances.
2014 holds the promise of continued blessings.
